Nguyen Trai Secondary School (Tan Ky) celebrates its 30th anniversary.

On October 15, 1992, Nguyen Trai Junior High School was officially established with the school's main political mission being to select outstanding students from throughout the district, aiming to discover and nurture talent for the homeland.Tan KyIn addition, from 2015 to the present, the school has also accepted junior high school students whose permanent residence is in the town.

Currently, the school has 19 classes with 750 students, including 12 high-quality classes and 7 regular classes. Notably, in 2019, the school was selected by the Provincial People's Committee as one of 9 exemplary pilot schools for building a key high-quality school.

Having gone through many stages of development,Nguyen Trai Secondary SchoolAlways correctly defining its mission, vision, and core values, focusing on building internal unity; innovating teaching methods, and gradually bringing the school up to par with key institutions throughout the province.

Over the past 30 years, the school has had 465 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the district level, 61 at the provincial level, 229 outstanding teachers and exemplary staff at the grassroots level, and many teachers and staff members promoted to management positions in the education sector. Three management staff members have been awarded the title of Distinguished Teacher. The school has also produced 4,275 outstanding students at the district level, 522 at the provincial level, and 42 at the national level.

The school has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Labor Collective" at the provincial level for 18 years, receiving 2 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, 24 Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee, 3 Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training, 1 Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Education Trade Union, 1 Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and 3 banners for leading the emulation movement from the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee...

The school was honored to receive the Third-Class Labor Medal, was awarded the National Standard School Recognition Certificate in 2010, and was recognized as meeting national standards for phase 2 in the 2021-2022 academic year.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuc, Vice Chairman of the Tan Ky District People's Committee, praised the outstanding achievements of generations of administrators, teachers, staff, and students of Nguyen Trai Secondary School over the past 30 years. He also expressed confidence that Nguyen Trai Secondary School will continue to achieve new successes, meeting the expectations of the Party Committee and people of Tan Ky, and living up to the pride of being a key high-quality school in the province.

On this occasion, the school as a whole and four individuals received Certificates of Commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and five individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the District People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the construction and development of Nguyen Trai Secondary School.
