Accordingly, in the 2018-2019 school year, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted will enroll a maximum of 455 students, including: 385 students for 11 specialized classes in the following subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Literature, History, Geography, English, French and Russian; 70 students for 2 specialized classes in the fields of natural sciences (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Foreign Languages ​​(English, Japanese); each class will have no more than 35 students.

Regarding the subjects and conditions for participation in the recruitment, the regulations are as follows: Students studying at secondary schools in Nghe An province; conduct and academic performance for the entire school year of all secondary school levels must be classified as good or higher; secondary school graduation must be classified as good or higher; Students from outside the province participating in the recruitment must have the consent of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.

Students who are eligible to apply to Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted must pass two rounds of admission, round 1 preliminary selection and round 2 entrance exam.
