(Baonghean.vn) - On May 2, Le Loi High School (Tan Ky district) celebrated its 40th anniversary and received the Third Class Labor Medal.

Attending the event were Professor, Doctor, Meritorious Teacher Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training, and representatives of provincial departments and branches.

After 40 years of construction and development, the school has trained 375 classes with 16,682 high school graduates, of which 5,653 students passed the entrance exams to universities and colleges, many of whom are valedictorians and salutatorians of universities nationwide. Speaking at the ceremony to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the school's founding and receive the Third Class Labor Medal, Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that Le Loi High School has achieved. At the same time, he emphasized that the school needs to continue to successfully carry out its tasks in accordance with the direction of Action Program No. 33 of the Provincial Party Committee; implement Resolution No. 29 on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training. The school continues to take care of consolidating facilities and equipment for teaching and learning, building a green - clean - beautiful school pedagogical environment.
