Thai Lao High School meets national standards
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 15, Thai Lao High School (Hung Nguyen) held a ceremony to celebrate its 40th founding anniversary (1975 - 2015), receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister and a Certificate of National Standard Recognition.
Representatives of the Department of Education and Training, leaders of Hung Nguyen district and many generations of teachers and students shared the joy of this event.

Thai Lao High School was established in 1975 under the name of Hung Nguyen Work-Study School. In 1977, the school enrolled the first class of students studying in the general education system. After many relocations, in 1982, the school moved to Hung Thai commune, now block 14, Hung Nguyen town, and changed its name to Thai Lao High School, named after the historical site of the heroic Thai Lao.

After 40 years of construction and development, Thai Lao High School has continuously developed. Since its establishment, the school has trained more than 12 thousand high school students and gifted middle school students. From this school, many students have grown up and contributed to the development of their homeland.

With the achievements, on this occasion, Thai Lao High School was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; a banner from the Provincial People's Committee with the words "Thai Lao High School promotes the glorious tradition of solidarity, creativity, emulation in good teaching - good learning"; Emulation Flag from the Provincial People's Committee; Certificate of recognition of meeting National standards and 11 teachers of the school were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding contributions to the education sector in the past time.
