In the past 3 years, the school has maintained and developed a plan to develop 21-22 classes; the organizational structure is in accordance with the Primary School Charter.

Professional groups and office groups operate actively, creatively and effectively in implementing educational activities, completing their tasks excellently; Party cells, unions, and Advisory Councils operate in accordance with their functions and tasks, contributing effectively to the excellent completion of the school's political tasks. Emulation movements and campaigns in the school are also maintained regularly and developed well. School security and medical work always ensures safety. The school manages and uses finances and facilities effectively according to regulations.

Up to now, the school has a total of 50 cadres and teachers with adequate structure, proper expertise, constantly studying to improve their qualifications. 100% of cadres, teachers and employees have qualified qualifications, of which 94.4% have qualifications above standard; good moral qualities, meeting the requirements of the task.
