This year's admission season, many private schools in Hanoi have benchmark scores for grade 10 admission equal to, or even higher than, top public schools.
According to this year's admission results, out of a total of 115 schools in the city, 9 schools are in the group with the highest standard scores, with a score of 24 points or higher.
The highest benchmark score this year belongs to Kim Lien High School and Le Quy Don High School - Ha Dong, both reaching 25.5 points.

Many private schools have quickly announced their acceptance of applications and announced very high admission scores, even surpassing some top public schools.
According to the statistics of 10th grade benchmark scores of prominent private schools in Hanoi, Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School leads with 24.5 points. Marie Curie High School ranks second with scores ranging from 21-23 points depending on the facility.

Luong The Vinh Secondary and High School is currently the private school with the highest standard score of 24.5 points, applied to both Cau Giay and Tan Trieu campuses. With the calculation of the total score of the three subjects Math, Literature, and Foreign Language, candidates must achieve at least 8.2 points in each subject to pass.
Compared to 115 public schools, Luong The Vinh School's benchmark score is equivalent to the top 8 in the public system.
This year, Marie Curie has three benchmark scores of 23, 22 and 21, corresponding to the three campuses My Dinh, Van Phu, Viet Hung. This is the first benchmark score. If there are still vacancies, the school will recruit in the second round with a score 1 point lower.
With a score of 23, Marie Curie can be compared with the top 17 schools in the public group.
