When Mr. Ly arrived, Sinh and a young man with him stabbed him in the back with a weapon, stole his Honda SH motorbike with license plate 62P2-387.81 and then ran away. Mr. Ly and the people chased him to Truong Binh hamlet, Truong Khanh commune, Long Phu district, where Sinh fell, abandoned the motorbike he had just stolen and got on his accomplice's motorbike to head back to Soc Trang city. Using professional measures, on the afternoon of February 10, Chau Thanh district police arrested Sinh and are continuing to search for Sinh's accomplice who escaped.
