Nguyen Van Han (24 years old, hometown Chau Thanh District, Kien Giang Province).
Prisoner Quan committed the crime of “Illegal trading of narcotics”; prisoner Minh committed the crime of “Illegal trading of narcotics” and had a previous conviction for “Illegal possession of narcotics”; prisoner Han committed the crime of “Murder”.
