Wanted 'hot girl' involved in transnational drug ring
On September 15, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department announced that it had issued a wanted notice for Le Pham Hieu Ly (also known as Meo, Ly Meo; born in 2001, residing in group 9, Nam Son village, Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang city) to investigate and clarify the act of not reporting a crime.
Le Pham Hieu Ly was prosecuted for "Failure to report a crime", but this defendant has been on the run since December 31, 2024, his residence before fleeing was A05-12 HT Pearl apartment building, 29/8 Nguyen Binh Khiem, Dong Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

It is known that the subject Le Pham Hieu Ly is related to the case of the Tan Binh District Police (old) investigating and destroying a transnational drug trafficking and illegal trading ring in 2024.
On August 16, 2024, the Tan Binh District Police (old) initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and detained Pham Cong Chanh (born in 1982, residing in Tan Binh District) and 21 defendants for the crimes of: Buying, selling, organizing the use, illegally storing narcotics and illegally storing military weapons; seized 23 kg of various drugs, 3 guns, 7 bullets and 1 grenade along with many other evidences.
