Nationwide wanted suspect in the murder of 4 grandmothers and grandchildren in Quang Ninh

Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department has issued a nationwide wanted warrant for suspect Doan Trung Dung for murder and robbery.

On September 26, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Province issued a special wanted notice for suspect Doan Trung Dung, (born 1971), residing in Group 7, Zone 1, Trung Vuong Ward, Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh, for murder and robbery.

Identifying features: Rectangular face, about 1.8m tall, concave nose bridge, pointed earlobes, recessed lower ear fold. Distinctive mark: dotted scar 4cm behind left lip.

Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department issued a special wanted notice for Doan Trung Dung.

According to the police, any person has the right to arrest and immediately take a wanted person to the nearest police station, prosecutor's office or People's Committee.

Previously, at around 7:00 a.m. on September 24, Ms. Vu Thi Thanh (born in 1983, residing in Group 1, Hop Thanh area, Phuong Nam ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province), a gas station employee of Phuong Nam private enterprise (about 700m from home), returned home after finishing her third shift and discovered that 4 family members had been brutally murdered.

The murdered people were identified as: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hat (born in 1955, Thanh's biological mother), her two biological children, Pham Dinh Hung (born in 2007) and Pham Thu Ha (born in 2008), and Vu Khanh Huyen (born in 2013, Thanh's biological niece - PV).

Initially, the police have identified two suspects. Of these, Doan Trung Dung (45 years old, residing in group 7, area 1, Trung Vuong ward, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh) was identified as the number 1 suspect in the case.
