Dien Chau currently has a high gender imbalance ratio of 112 boys per 100 girls, with 13 out of 39 communes having an alarming ratio of 133 to 262 boys per 100 girls. With the message "Community working together to address gender imbalance at birth," performing arts groups from communes with the highest gender imbalance ratios at birth in Dien Chau district presented captivating and unique performances that fully conveyed the message's meaning.
