The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) published an article by the Rodong Sinmun, the mouthpiece of the Workers' Party of Korea, expressing outrage at recent statements by South Korean officials that tensions have increased on the peninsula following North Korea's missile launches, despite Seoul's efforts to continue dialogue with Pyongyang.
