From February 20, 4 groups of preschool teachers will enjoy the new policy.
The Government has just issued Decree No. 06/2018/ND-CP, which clearly stipulates policies for 4 groups of preschool teachers.

Specifically, preschool teachers (including vice principals) working at these public preschool educational institutions, if they meet the standards for the title of preschool teacher grade IV (code V.07.02.06) or higher, will be signed a labor contract and have their salary ranked at the title of preschool teacher grade IV, and will enjoy the same benefits and policies as preschool teachers who are civil servants in public preschool educational institutions.
Preschool teachers (including vice principals) work under labor contracts within the teacher quota approved by competent authorities at public preschool education institutions.
Preschool teachers (including principals and vice principals) working in private and public preschool educational institutions.
Preschool teachers (including principals and vice principals) directly care for and educate ethnic minority children in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions.
Preschool teachers directly teach 02 sessions/day in groups of children, mixed kindergarten classes of two or more age groups at separate locations or directly teach Vietnamese language enhancement in groups of children, kindergarten classes with ethnic minority children at separate locations in public preschool education facilities in areas with difficult or especially difficult socio-economic conditions according to regulations of the Prime Minister.
The Decree takes effect from February 20, 2018.
