After the parties, Hang got to know many people and many different types of people. From there, Hang realized that many people wanted to buy sex, so she started recruiting beautiful girls to serve them.
Through social networks, Hang made friends with girls who liked to party, show off, and had attractive looks. Then, Hang lured and enticed these girls into a network that specialized in serving the needs of "rich men" and rich people. These girls were only between the ages of 18 and 25.
After recruiting the “girls”, Hang asked these girls to put on beautiful makeup, wear sexy clothes, and take pictures to post on zalo to “attract” customers. When customers called, Hang let them choose the “goods” through the pictures, then negotiated the price and “dispatched the girl” to serve.
According to an investigator, the lowest cost for each visit is 2 million VND, for girls with outstanding beauty, the price is from 4 million VND/visit. "This is the money customers pay for prostitutes, and for Hang, customers have to pay from 500,000 to 1,000,000 VND/visit, not including the room fee," said this investigator.
The services that Hang provides to customers are also very diverse. In addition to prostitution brokerage, Hang also provides "prostitutes" for customers who need karaoke, wild parties, and even "flying and shaking" parties using drugs. With these services, depending on the subject, the price ranges from 4 to 10 million VND for each game.
After months of investigation, detectives also discovered that Hang also arranged for girls to participate in “sex tours” at the request of customers. Depending on the length of the trip, the distance, the service price is different, but the lowest is 10 million VND/trip.
When asked what she used the money for, Hang innocently replied that it was for entertainment and shopping. On Facebook, Hang also created many personal pages, regularly posting pictures of clothes and shoes for sale.

To eradicate this prostitution ring, the detectives of the Provincial Police Department's Criminal Police Department had been diligently following it for 6 months. Despite her young age, Ho Thi Thuy Hang was quite cunning and had many tricks to fool the police.
"All transactions between Hang and customers as well as other members of the network were conducted via the social network Zalo. Moreover, the hotels and motels were not fixed and changed frequently, making it very difficult for the authorities to monitor them," the investigator said.
Faced with that situation, the Criminal Police Department coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security to establish Project 719M to eradicate this network. On the afternoon of July 30, detectives discovered that the girls that Hang managed were staying at a hotel in Cua Lo Town. At around 1:30 p.m., the Task Force suddenly raided two rooms and caught two couples in the act of prostitution.
At the police station, the subjects confessed to having engaged in prostitution under the arrangement of Ho Thi Thuy Hang. During this “calling” session, each girl was paid 4 million VND. The total amount that the customers paid to Ho Thi Thuy Hang was 9 million VND, Hang took 1 million VND, and divided the remaining 8 million VND between the two girls.
From the suspects' statements, the same afternoon, the Investigation Committee urgently arrested Ho Thi Thuy Hang.
On August 8, the Nghe An Police Investigation Agency issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendant Ho Thi Thuy Hang for investigation of the crime of "Prostitution Brokerage" under Clause 2, Article 328 of the 2015 Penal Code. Hang was released on bail and was subject to a measure of being prohibited from leaving her place of residence.
