Homemade mines and flintlock guns for drug trafficking

At around 9:00 a.m. on December 23, Ky Son District Police coordinated with Nam Can Border Guard Station to arrest Ho Ba Xo (born in 1974, residing in Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district).
At the scene, the police seized 80 synthetic drug pills, 10 grams of heroin, 1 homemade mine, 1 flintlock gun and 1 sharp knife.
According to the police, Xo had a previous conviction for illegal drug trafficking with a 20-year prison sentence.
After being released from prison, Xo crossed the border to Laos, took "goods" to sell retail, both to satisfy his addiction and to have money for personal use. Not only that, Xo also made his own mines and kept guns ready to buy and sell drugs.
