Ngo Thanh Van cracked her knee while doing her own action scene
The actress had an accident while filming 'Hai Phuong' in Dong Thap.
Hai Phuongis an action movie produced by Ngo Thanh Van and starring her. This is the role she wants to give to the audience before officially retiring behind the scenes to become a producer.
Before the project started filming, Ngo Thanh Van trained to gain strength and flexibility, and also discussed carefully with the crew to minimize unexpected situations that could occur. The actress also invited stuntmen from abroad to Vietnam to guide the actors. However, Ngo Thanh Van herself was the one who got injured.

At noon on March 21, the film crew was filming in Sa Dec, Dong Thap. During an action scene jumping back and forth between two boats, Ngo Thanh Van was so absorbed that she slipped and fell, causing her knee to hit the side of the boat. The film crew's doctor diagnosed her with a fracture. Currently, the actress has been bandaged but is only sitting in one place, not allowed to move much. The doctor is still monitoring Ngo Thanh Van's condition, in case she does not improve, she will have to return to Ho Chi Minh City to be hospitalized.
A member of the film crew revealed that Ngo Thanh Van performed 100% of the dangerous action scenes herself because she wanted to bring the audience beautiful and emotional scenes. Ngo Thanh Van's injury made the crew very worried because she appeared in many scenes.

The film crew added that the weather in Sa Dec is currently very dry and hot, with temperatures reaching 39 degrees. The entire crew faced many difficulties, as they had to ensure everyone's health while also meeting the filming schedule.
