Mushroom seasoning will bring your family a well-rounded dish with natural aroma and sweetness.

Ingredient:

- 100g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 25g refined salt
- 25g sugar
- Blender.

Making:

Step 1:

- Rinse dried shiitake mushrooms to remove dirt, arrange mushrooms on a tray and dry mushrooms.
