Commander of Military Region 4 inspects training preparations and reception of new soldiers in 2023
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 31, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of Military Region 4 inspected the preparation for training and receiving new soldiers in 2023 at Regiment 1, Division 324.
Also attending were Colonel Nguyen Thanh Van - Chief of Logistics of the Military Region, heads of the Operations, Military Training, Military Forces (General Staff), Logistics (Logistics Department) and leaders and Commanders of Division 324.
During the inspection, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh commended the efforts of officers and soldiers of Regiment 1, Division 324 in preparing for training and receiving new soldiers to the unit in 2023.

Notably, the Regiment has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Military and Defense Mission Orders and Training Orders.ready to fightof the Military Region Commander, the General Staff's instructions on implementing the 2023 combat training plan; the focus is on mastering the content and training program for each subject. Participate in and organize training for officers at all levels according to the plan.
Up to now, 100% of new soldier management officers have been trained before entering training; 100% of new soldier training squad leaders in the entire 324th Division in general, and Regiment 1 in particular, have grasped the preliminary list of new soldiers who will be assigned to the squad they manage.
The Regiment has consolidated, repaired, and upgraded the training ground system; repainted and reinforced more than 8,000 types of materials, and renewed more than 7,200 types of training materials and tools; including 102 initiatives and 5 improvements of various types.

Party and political work activities in receiving and training new soldiers are carefully prepared; cadres from squad leaders to battalion cadres are well trained in understanding, educating, and orienting the ideology of new soldiers.
The regiment has focused on investing in building a green, clean, and beautiful landscape; consolidating and repainting barracks, arranging accommodation, bunk beds, blankets, anti-cold mattresses, hot and cold shower systems, and living equipment. The unit has promoted production and livestock raising to ensure 100% self-sufficiency in vegetables, and 80-90% of meat and fish in soldiers' meals.
The Commander of the Military Region also requested that officers and soldiers of Regiment 1 focus on implementing a number of contents in the coming time. In particular, the Party Committee and the Command of the Regiment continue to disseminate to all officers and soldiers the Resolution of the Central Military Commission; directives, orders, goals, and targets on training tasks in 2023. Organize training and foster cadres closely, with specific training curriculum and procedures; fully prepare lesson plans and lectures, with specific plans for approval and approval; the training ground system must follow the correct techniques and training curriculum.

For new soldiers entering the unit, commanders at all levels need to grasp the ideological situation and relationships of the new soldiers; squad leaders must grasp the family circumstances of each soldier in the squad, care and encourage them, and always consider them as their own family members. Units should pay attention to educating traditions and building determination for new soldiers right from the moment they enter the unit.
