The Ministry of Information and Communications requires VTV, VTC, Da Nang Radio and Television Station, and Quang Nam Radio and Television Station to step up the announcement of plans to stop broadcasting on analog terrestrial TV channels in Da Nang from now until after November 1, 2015.
From November 1, 2015, analog TV signals will be turned off in Da Nang according to the plan announced at the end of September.

Implementing the conclusion of the Head of the Steering Committee for the Vietnam Television Digitalization Project at the 9th meeting on the plan to stop broadcasting analog terrestrial television channels in Da Nang on November 1, 2015, the Ministry of Information and Communications requests that stations increase the forms of notification of the plan to stop broadcasting analog television on analog television channels currently broadcasting in Da Nang, specifically:
In addition to regularly broadcasting propaganda clips about digital television, the Ministry of Information and Communications requires radio and television stations broadcasting analog television channels in Da Nang to announce in text on the broadcast programs the date and time of stopping broadcasting analog television channels.
It is necessary to inform TV viewers to equip themselves with digital terrestrial TV receivers (STBs), or TV receivers with digital terrestrial TV reception functions to switch to receiving digital terrestrial TV channels on frequency channel 49 in Da Nang. After the time of stopping broadcasting terrestrial analogue TV channels, it is necessary to continue broadcasting the Notice Board for 3 days, announcing the time of stopping broadcasting analogue TV channels and the contact number so that people can get information.
According to the plan, on November 1, 2015, all analog terrestrial TV channels in Da Nang (including VTV3, VTC9, VTV2, VTC1, VTV1, DRT2, and QRT at Ba Na) will be stopped. Previously, on July 1, 2015, Da Nang had cut off the broadcast of 3 analog TV channels: VTV6, VTV Da Nang, and DRT1.
On the morning of October 29, the Ministry of Information and Communications will hold a press conference in Da Nang to announce the plan to turn off analog television signals in Da Nang.
