Accordingly, the Northeast bus will resume operation on 5 routes including: Vinh - Thanh Chuong (route 03 at 2 stations will operate 8 buses); Vinh - Hoang Mai (route 04 will operate 13 buses); Vinh - Ha Tinh (route 06 is 6 buses); Vinh - Yen Thanh (route 05 is 8 buses); Vinh - Quy Hop (route 26 is 15 buses).
