Enthusiastic celebrations of military enlistment take place in various localities.
In keeping with the nationwide atmosphere, on the morning of February 14th, localities throughout Nghe An province organized the 2025 military enlistment day.
*Attending the ceremony in the districtNghia DanPresent were Comrade Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province; leaders of Nghia Dan district and a large number of local people.
During this period, Nghia Dan district has 164New recruits depart for military service.The unit was divided into 5 units: 968th Division - 4th Military Region; Logistics College 1 - General Department of Logistics; 764th Regiment; Border Guard; General Department of Engineering and Nghe An Provincial Police.
To improve the quality of military recruitment, the Military Service Councils from the district level down to the communes and towns have proactively carried out thorough screening, investigation, selection, and recruitment of citizens for military service right from the grassroots level. These young men meet the necessary qualifications in terms of education, health, and moral character to serve in the army. Among them, 38 young men received certificates for training in Party knowledge.
Before departing for military service, the recruits participated in farewell meetings in their local areas; 100% of the young men received motivational gifts from leaders and organizations in their communes and towns. At these meetings, representatives of the local Party committee and government gave encouraging speeches and assigned tasks to the recruits before their departure; they hoped that the recruits would continue to be united, disciplined, and strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Over the past period, the Military Service Council of Tuong Duong district has closely supervised the process of selecting and calling citizens for military service, directing communes and towns to thoroughly understand and strictly implement the management of young people of military age.
Accordingly, 118 outstanding young people were selected, of which 103 citizens enlisted in the People's Army and 15 citizens performed their duty in the People's Public Security Force in the following units: Regiment 19, Division 968, Military Region 4; Regiment 764, Military Command of Nghe An province; and the Border Guard Command of Nghe An province.

In this year's conscription drive, Ky Son district has 113 new recruits joining the armed forces (101 recruits for military service and 12 recruits for the People's Public Security Force).

In 2025, Con Cuong district was assigned the target of selecting and enlisting 114 citizens into the armed forces, including 105 citizens for military service and 9 citizens for the People's Public Security Force. The selection process was conducted seriously and transparently, ensuring standards regarding health, political qualities, and educational level.
This year, the young men selected for military service from Con Cuong district have been assigned to the following units: 86 new recruits to the 324th Division; 12 new recruits to the Provincial Border Guard; 7 new recruits to the 764th Regiment; and 9 new recruits to the Police. All the new recruits expressed determination and excitement at the prospect of wearing the military uniform.

In 2025, Quynh Luu district will have 290 young men enlisting in the armed forces, including 22 new recruits for the People's Public Security Force and 268 new recruits for the military. The district's recruits will be assigned to six receiving units: Brigade 147 of the 1st Naval Region; the Armored Corps Technical College; Division 968 of Military Region 4; Regiment 764; Border Guard of Nghe An province; and the Air Defense - Air Force Command.
The young men enlisting in the army all possess good health, qualifications, and moral character. At the ceremony, they all expressed their determination to strive for excellence in their studies and training, vowing to follow in the footsteps of their forefathers and bring glory to their heroic hometown of Quỳnh Lưu.
