Exciting military service day celebrations in localities

In this period, Nghia Dan district has 164new recruits leaving for military service, organized into 5 units including: Division 968 - Military Region 4; Logistics College 1 - General Department of Logistics; Regiment 764; Border Guard; General Department of Engineering and Nghe An Provincial Police.

To improve the quality of military recruitment, the Military Service Council from the district to the communes and towns has proactively done a good job of screening, infiltrating, selecting, and calling citizens to join the army right from the grassroots. The young people have enough qualifications, health, and moral character to serve in the army. Of which, 38 young people were granted certificates of Party knowledge training.

Before leaving for military service, the soldiers attended a farewell meeting for new recruits in their localities; 100% of the young men received gifts of encouragement from leaders and mass organizations in the communes and towns. At the meetings, representatives of local Party committees and authorities gave speeches of encouragement and assigned tasks to the new recruits before their departure; hoping that the new recruits would continue to be united, disciplined, and strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Recently, the Military Service Council of Tuong Duong district has closely directed the selection process and called citizens to join the army, and directed communes and towns to firmly grasp and strictly manage the source of young people of military age.

Accordingly, 118 outstanding young people were selected, of which 103 citizens joined the People's Army and 15 citizens performed their duty to join the People's Public Security from the following units: Regiment 19, Division 968, Military Region 4; Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Command.

In this year's military service, Ky Son district has 113 new recruits joining the army (101 new recruits participating in military service, 12 new recruits participating in People's Public Security service).

In 2025, Con Cuong district was assigned the target of selecting and calling 114 citizens to join the army, including 105 citizens participating in military service and 9 citizens participating in People's Public Security service. The selection process was carried out seriously and transparently, ensuring standards of health, political qualities and cultural level.

This year, the young men recruited from Con Cuong district were assigned to military units including: Division 324 with 86 new recruits; Provincial Border Guard with 12 new recruits; Regiment 764 with 7 new recruits; Police with 9 new recruits. The new recruits all showed determination and excitement when wearing the soldier's uniform.

In 2025, Quynh Luu district will have 290 young men joining the army, including 22 new recruits joining the people's police service and 268 new recruits joining the military service. The district's new recruits will be assigned to 6 military units including: Brigade 147, Region 1 of the Navy; Armored Corps Technical College; Division 968, Military Region 4; Regiment 764; Nghe An Provincial Border Guard; Air Defense - Air Force.

The young men who joined the army were all in good health, had good qualifications and moral qualities. At the ceremony, the young men expressed their determination and efforts to study and train, and wished to follow in the footsteps of their fathers and brothers, making their heroic homeland of Quynh Luu famous.
