Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the military handover ceremony in Thanh Chuong district
On the morning of February 14, Thanh Chuong district held the 2025 military enlistment ceremony, sending off the hometown's outstanding sons to join the army to defend the Fatherland.

Attending the ceremony to hand over and receive soldiers and encourage young people to join the army were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Lieutenant Colonel Dau Hong Tham - Deputy Chief of Staff, Provincial Military Command.
At the district level, there are comrades of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; representatives of district-level departments and agencies; members of the District Military Service Council, and Party Committees and authorities of communes and towns.
By 2025, Thanh Chuong district will have a total of more than 3,000 young people of ready age.join the armyThrough medical examination, the district has selected 313 citizens to join the army, of which 290 citizens participate in military service and 23 citizens perform their duty to join the People's Public Security.
To ensure good military recruitment in 2025, the District Military Service Council, communes and towns have done a good job of propagating the Law on Military Service in many forms such as: increasing the application of information technology and social networks to raise awareness for all classes of people, especially educating the ideals of life for citizens of military age.

Members of the District and Commune Military Service Council have closely followed the plan for examining and selecting citizens to enlist in the army to seriously and effectively implement it. In addition, sectors and localities have done a good job of military rear work so that families and young people can see the responsibilities, obligations, and benefits when their children participate in military service.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the district leaders, comrade Nguyen Hai Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Chuong district lit the traditional flame to give strength to the new recruits before leaving for their duty to protect the fatherland.

Speaking at the military handover ceremony, comrade Trinh Van Nha - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the Military Service Council of Thanh Chuong District expressed his belief that the young generation of the district will continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary traditions of their homeland; constantly strive to cultivate, train, actively study, improve all aspects of qualifications and health; and fulfill the tasks of revolutionary soldiers well.
