Posting sex clip online to humiliate ex-lover

At the end of August 2017, Ms. H. and Phan Anh Tuan had a conflict and broke up. He posted a clip on a website with obscene content to humiliate his ex-lover.

On September 19, Lam Dong Provincial Police initiated a criminal case, prosecuted and temporarily detained Phan Anh Tuan (33 years old), residing in Tan Son town, Ninh Son district (Ninh Thuan), to investigate the crime of humiliating others.

Previously, in mid-September 2017, the Department of Investigation of Social Order Crimes of Lam Dong Province Police received a complaint from Ms. T. H (22 years old), residing in Da Lat City, about her ex-lover Phan Anh Tuan posting a sexy clip of her on a website with pornographic content.

From this complaint, Lam Dong Provincial Police promptly intervened to investigate and clarify.

Accordingly, in 2012, Ms. H. began to know Phan Anh Tuan. After a while, feelings arose between Ms. H. and Tuan and they fell in love. During a sexual encounter at Phan Anh Tuan's rented room, Ms. H. was filmed by this subject using his phone during the "cloud and rain" scene for 1 minute and 18 seconds.

Ms. H. asked Phan Anh Tuan to delete the above clip. Tuan said he had deleted it but in fact he still kept the sexy clip on his phone.

At the end of August 2017, Ms. H. and Phan Anh Tuan had a conflict and broke up. He posted a clip on a website with obscene content to humiliate his ex-lover.

Currently the police are continuing to investigate and clarify.
