(Baonghean.vn) - In response to the wrongdoings and serious violations of the law by priest Nguyen Dinh Thuc, parish priest of Song Ngoc, Quynh Ngoc commune (Quynh Luu); and at the same time speaking out to protect justice, protect the law, protect the honor and reputation of the Youth Union, on the afternoon of May 18, the Provincial Youth Union, Dien Chau District Youth Union, Quynh Luu organized a conference to protest priest Nguyen Dinh Thuc. The conference was attended by more than 250 union officials from across the province.

We request the Vinh Diocese, the Justice and Peace Commission of the Vietnam Bishops' Conference; representatives of the Nghe An Bishops; representatives of the Thuan Nghia Deanery, the Justice and Peace Commission of the Vinh Diocese to take timely measures to prevent and request priest Nguyen Dinh Thuc to immediately stop all wrongdoings and actions, respect the law, and fully fulfill his obligations as a citizen.
