Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Youth pays tribute to heroic martyrs

At the special national historical site of Dong Loc T-junction (Dong Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province), the delegation offered flowers and incense at the National Youth Volunteers Martyrs Memorial House, where the names of more than 4,000 Youth Volunteers Martyrs nationwide are recorded. The delegation also offered flowers and incense at the graves of 10 heroic female Youth Volunteers Martyrs at Dong Loc T-junction.

Next, the delegation offered incense at the Truong Son Martyrs Memorial Temple at Long Dai ferry in Hien Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. This isone of the fire coordinates, was the focus of bombing and crazy destruction by the US empire from 1965 to 1972. Here, 15 young volunteers from Nghe An, only eighteen or twenty years old, sacrificed their lives on June 16, 1972. After that, another series of bombs took the lives of 15 young men and women C130 young volunteers from Thai Binh.

On the journey back to the source, the delegation visited the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap and visited the General's memorial house.

Before the souls of heroes and martyrs, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and remembered the great contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the revolutionary cause of the Party, for the cause of national liberation and the happiness of the people.

The youth of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee pledges to always uphold the revolutionary tradition, strive and contribute more to the revolutionary cause of the Party, contributing to building the homeland and country to become increasingly rich and civilized.
