Youth of Vinh University High School for the Gifted and Nghe An Newspaper organized the program "Going to school with you" in Quy Chau district.

On August 24, the Youth Volunteer Team of Vinh University High School for the Gifted in coordination with the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper organized the volunteer program "Going to school with you" in 2022, at Thung Khang village school, Chau Binh 2 Primary School, Chau Binh commune, Quy Chau district.

Chau Binh 2 Primary School has 3 campuses, of which Thung Khang campus has many students in particularly difficult circumstances. This campus has 5 classes with nearly 100 students, mainly Thai ethnic people and most of them are poor households in the area. Not only is the terrain difficult, this place is often affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, causing the lives of the people and the children's studies to be constantly interrupted.

Understanding those hardships and difficulties, the Youth Volunteer Team of Vinh University High School for the Gifted in collaboration with the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper directly presented gifts to 5 students and 5 households with especially difficult circumstances in the area. Each gift included food, provisions and cash to help the households and children stabilize their lives.

In addition, through the process of calling for donations, the volunteer youth group and benefactors also organized to give many practical and meaningful gifts to the entire Thung Khang village school such as clothes, books, facilities... to help the school and students feel more secure in teaching and learning in the coming time.

Speaking at the ceremony, teacher Nguyen Thi Thai - Principal of Chau Binh 2 Primary School said: The life of people and students at Thung Khang school is extremely difficult, it was not until August 2022 that there was electricity to serve the children's daily life and study, the school's facilities still have many shortcomings. Therefore, the gifts from the delegation are very meaningful to the school and will be useful for training and learning in the area.
