Pour gasoline to burn bedroom, 3 people seriously burned
Mr. Phan Van Chuc, 36 years old, locked his wife in the bedroom, poured gasoline around the room, and set it on fire, causing severe burns to both the couple and his father.
On May 7, Mr. Hoang Le Phong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dan commune, Kim Thanh district (Hai Duong) said that the incident took place yesterday afternoon, in Phong Noi village.
When the fire broke out in the bedroom, Mr. Chuc's wife, 27 years old, screamed for help. Mr. Chuc's father quickly broke down the door to put out the fire and save his son and his wife.

All three people escaped the burning room but suffered severe burns. They were given first aid by local people and then taken to the National Burn Institute for emergency treatment.
Mr. Chuc and his wife are farmers locally and have 3 young children.
According to authorities, the cause of the fire stemmed from a family dispute. Kim Thanh District Police are investigating.
