Honoring 21 female officials and trade unions in the education sector

Up to now, the total number of female cadres and teachers in the whole industry is more than 43,000 people, accounting for 72% and more than 30% of union cadres are women. As an industry with a large proportion of female cadres and teachers, the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Education Trade Union always cares and focuses on women's work of grassroots unions.

Currently, most units have built a model of women's work activities and a standard family model that meets the four criteria.Warmth, equality, progress, happiness"Quality and effectiveness. The movement "Good at school, good at home" has been actively responded to by many women, nearly 90% of female cadres and teachers are recognized as "Good at school, good at home" at the grassroots level.

In addition to surface activities, grassroots unions also pay great attention to and encourage female teachers to actively study and improve their qualifications. In the past 5 years, 14 people have been awarded the title of Excellent Teacher; 41 people have received the Education Talent Development Fund award; 20 people have been recognized as outstanding teachers for the first time in the period 2008 - 2013; 192 people have been recognized as Excellent Teachers at the provincial level; 1,131 people have achieved the title of Excellent Teachers at the provincial level.

On this occasion, the Education Trade Union honored 21 outstanding female cadres and trade unions from 2013 to 2018. These are female cadres and trade unions who have made many contributions to grassroots activities and have many achievements in professional work and training excellent students.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the efforts of cadres, teachers and female union cadres of the Education sector in recent years.

He also hoped that the experiences shared by outstanding female union officials would be widely replicated and promoted throughout the industry. Thereby, it would contribute significantly to the development of Nghe An education and its outstanding achievements, effectively implementing the comprehensive and fundamental reform of education and training in the spirit of Resolution No. 29.
