Illegal recruitment of workers.

(Baonghean.vn) -On August 6th, at Don Bong village, Na Loi commune, Ky Son district, the Na Loi Border Guard Post (Nghe An Border Guard Command) coordinated with the commune police force to conduct an administrative check on two individuals: Lu Van Thoan (date of birth and place of residence unknown) and Cut Van Ve (residing in Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district).

During the administrative inspection, Thoan fled into the forest to escape. According to Ve's statement, both of them entered the area to recruit laborers to go to Quang Nam province to mine gold. They had recruited 7 laborers but were discovered by law enforcement before they could leave.

The case is currently under further investigation and processing.
