Propaganda and orientation on the policy of rearranging and reorganizing the apparatus

On the morning of December 14, the Central Propaganda Department held a conference for reporters of Provincial Party Committees, Municipal Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Central Committee in December 2018. Comrade Le Manh Hung - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

At the conference, the reporters were informed by the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee about the results of 1 year of implementing Resolution No. 18 dated October 25, 2017 of the Central Executive Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient".

Leaders of the Ministry of Planning and Investment provided an overview of the socio-economic situation in 2018, key tasks and solutions for 2019. The Ministry of Industry and Trade provided information on the core contents of the CPTPP Agreement, issues facing Vietnam and solutions for the coming time.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department Le Manh Hung requested that based on the tasks, content, propaganda objects, and information needs, reporters need to provide specific and appropriate information for each object on the two contents thoroughly understood at this online conference.

Regarding the propaganda orientation in the coming time, comrade Le Manh Hung suggested that reporters should focus on propagating the content of the Resolutions of the 8th Central Executive Committee (12th term).

Emphasize that this is an important content in the propaganda work of December 2018. Therefore, first of all, the reporters need to advise the Party Committee to organize the dissemination of the Resolution within the prescribed time, striving to complete it in 2018.

During the implementation process, it is necessary to propagate creative, serious, effective ways to improve the quality of studying the Resolution of localities, agencies, units; local ministries and branches are implementing the arrangement.

The Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested that the Propaganda Departments of provinces, cities and towns pay attention to propagating the policy of stopping the restructuring of the apparatus of provincial, district, city and town agencies. It is necessary to survey the results achieved as well as the difficulties and obstacles, and synthesize and send them to the Central Propaganda Department to report to the Politburo and the Secretariat.

In addition, the Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested that reporters pay attention to propagating orientations on the issue of free migration, important foreign affairs activities of the Party and State; studying Directive 05 of the Politburo in 2019; the 7th National Farmers' Union Congress, term 2018-2023, propagating towards the Congress of the Fatherland Front at all levels; innovating oral propaganda work.
