Vietnam team ready for first friendly match in Korea
The Vietnam team has 100% of its strength and is ready for the first friendly match against Ulsan Citizen FC (Korea).
On November 26, the Vietnamese team had a training session at the Smart AirDome Gyeongju, where the first practice match of the training camp in Korea will take place. Head coach Kim Sang-sik received good news when he had 100% of his players in hand for the test against the "blue team" Ulsan Citizen FC.
Following the return of Thanh Chung, Van Thanh and Dinh Bac, today Quang Hai also joined the team for general training. So far, the team has no more injuries that require special treatment.

With a full squad, head coach Kim Sang Sik spent most of the training session testing out additional personnel solutions in the lineup, while continuing to strengthen both attack and defense.
Although the match against Ulsan Citizen FC was only a warm-up for the players before the two real tests against Daegu FC and Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC, coach Kim Sang-sik still showed meticulousness and thoughtfulness in the preparation. The Korean coach even stopped the training session many times to directly instruct and correct his players.

Having completed the training plan for the match against Ulsan Citizen FC in the morning session, the team will only do gym and sauna sessions this afternoon to strengthen their physical strength and recover their physical condition. Before the training session, coach Kim Sang-sik and his team will also spend time in professional meetings and video analysis to prepare best for the opening match against Laos and the following matches at the 2024 ASEAN Cup.
