The town strictly quarantines F1 cases, especially F1s who are young students (according to regulations, they are quarantined at home); considers all members of these families as F1 and does a good job of providing food and essential necessities.
For schools with F0 cases, it is necessary to organize isolation, take samples for testing, and closely monitor teachers and students at high risk. The town develops a plan to properly manage the traditional market to ensure adequate epidemic prevention work according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health when reopening. At the same time, continue to implement the strategy of screening wards in the area randomly to screen and detect F0 early. The town also needs to step up propaganda work to help people understand, avoid panic and anxiety, and at the same time support localities in effective prevention and control.
Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh said: On the afternoon of October 4, the Department of Health deployed a team of 24 experts (4 officials from the Provincial Center for Disease Control, 20 officials from Nghe An Lung Hospital) to support Cua Lo Town in containing the epidemic as quickly and effectively as possible.
