Despite being newly established and operational, in 2014, the Hoang Mai Town Association for the Promotion of Learning quickly consolidated its organization. To date, the town has 12 grassroots associations, 173 branches, and 442 family-based learning promotion committees with over 17,000 members. Along with promoting awareness and fostering a tradition of studiousness within families, clans, and communities, the Associations for the Promotion of Learning at all levels have also been proactive and flexible in building their funds. Currently, the town's learning promotion fund has a balance of 85 million VND, and each branch and family-based learning promotion committee has its own fund, providing timely support and rewards to children who achieve high academic results and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

From the funds raised through donations, in 2014, with over 2 billion VND, hundreds of disadvantaged students, high-achieving students, first-grade students, and students who passed university and college entrance exams with high scores received gifts, scholarships, and bicycles. This contributed to the increasingly strong development of the local education quality. Activities promoting learning and talent development, and building a learning society, have actively contributed to encouraging students who had dropped out to return to school and helping disadvantaged children attend school.

At the concluding conference, the Hoang Mai Town Association for the Promotion of Learning also launched the "Tet for the Promotion of Learning and Talent" emulation movement, creating a positive response from all sectors of the population and promoting the socialization of education.

On this occasion, 25 individuals and groups received awards from various levels of associations and the People's Committee of the town, and were presented with commemorative medals from the Central Association.
