In 2011, the Executive Committee of the Thai Hoa Town Party CommitteeDirecting, guiding, inspecting, and urging the successful implementation of the election of deputies to the 13th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term; implementing and conducting preliminary and final reviews with good results of a number of directives, resolutions, plans, and guidelines of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

At the same time, comprehensively and strategically implement Party building work and other tasks, ensuring quality.The socio-economic development has basically completed the set goals and tasks, with some targets exceeding expectations. Last year, the Party Committee awarded Party Badges to 200 comrades and admitted 141 outstanding individuals into the Party (achieving 101.4% of the plan); through evaluation and classification, 39 out of 44 grassroots Party organizations achieved the "Strong and Excellent" rating (accounting for 88.6%), including 11 outstanding grassroots Party organizations; 5 out of 44 grassroots Party organizations were classified as having completed their tasks well (accounting for 11.3%); and there were no weak grassroots Party organizations.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 11 Party branches that achieved outstanding results in Party activities; 10 Party branches that achieved outstanding results in Party activities for three consecutive years; 55 Party members who excellently completed their tasks for three consecutive years; and also presented certificates of merit from the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper to 5 Party branches with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 11-CT/TƯ of the Politburo on the work of publishing and using Party newspapers.
