Speaking at a press conference before the final match of the 2018 U23 Asian Cup this morning, coach Khaydarov said that he let his players continue to practice in the rain, snow, and cold because there was not much time left to prepare.

The central defender of U23 Vietnam and Hanoi FC - Duy Manh said that his injury has completely recovered and he is ready to return to the field to compete with his teammates. Regarding the final match tomorrow afternoon, Duy Manh admitted that he is a bit nervous.
“There was a bit of tension,” he said. “However, the coach told us to stay calm, instructed us on how to simplify things, focus and be in the best condition before entering the match.
Actually, this is the first match of the team at the Asian level, for the U23 age group, I and the whole team are all excited and looking forward to it. U23 Vietnam will try to concentrate to get the best result against Uzbekistan."
Duy Manh also said that coach Park had analyzed the team's strengths and weaknesses of U23 Uzbekistan, but refused to give details about the opponent's playing style as well as the team's tactical plan for the upcoming match.
