Thai Hoa Town People's Committee had a direct dialogue with Long Son ward people

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 28, the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town held a direct dialogue conference with the people of Long Son ward.

At the conference, representatives of the people of the blocks heard about the new points of the 2013 Land Law; Regulations on urban management and housing construction permits. The conference focused on exchanging and discussing in a frank, democratic and constructive atmosphere. With 30 opinions focusing on issues such as: slow issuance of land use right certificates; land recovery prices, compensation, support and resettlement; inventory of assets attached to land and setting compensation prices when recovering land; construction of works that negatively affect production and the lives of some households... Based on the opinions of the people; leaders of the Town People's Committee and representatives of specialized departments provided more information and discussed to clarify the issues that the people of Long Son ward proposed.

The implementation of the direct dialogue regime between the Town People's Committee and the people is a necessary task, of great significance to the management and operation of local socio-economic development and will continue to be maintained and promoted in the coming time.
