The Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to establish the Con Cuong Agricultural Service Center and Cua Lo Town.
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued decisions to establish the Agricultural Service Center of Con Cuong district and Cua Lo town.
In Decision No. 1404/QD - UBND dated May 7, the Provincial People's Committee decided to establish the Con Cuong District Agricultural Service Center on the basis of merging the stations: Cultivation and Plant Protection, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Extension and the Con Cuong District Mountainous Rural Development Board.
In Decision 1402/QD-UBND dated May 7, the Provincial People's Committee approved the Project to establish the Agricultural Service Center of Cua Lo town on the basis of merging the stations: Cultivation and Plant Protection, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Extension.

The above Centers are public service units under the People's Committee of Con Cuong district and the People's Committee of Cua Lo town, with legal status, seals and separate accounts according to the provisions of law.
The Center performs the function of agricultural services and rural development, under the direct and comprehensive management of the People's Committee of Con Cuong district and the People's Committee of Cua Lo town; under the professional and technical direction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and competent authorities.
The center's leadership includes a director and no more than two deputy directors. The staff and number of employees at the above centers are assigned by the Provincial People's Committee according to the annual plan.
Based on assigned functions and tasks, job title structure, job positions according to regulations, staffing standards issued by competent authorities and actual situation and conditions of the agency or unit.
In the immediate future, when newly established and merged, the payroll, number of employees, and labor contracts of these centers will be assigned equal to the total number of civil servants, public employees, and labor contracts currently in the payroll quota of the units when reorganized and continue to implement the payroll streamlining policy according to regulations.
