Based on the authority to resolve citizens' complaints under the Law on Complaints of 2011, on May 17, 2013, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Official Letter No. 507/UBND.KT forwarding the complaint and assigning the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to consider and handle it in accordance with the law. The results were to be reported to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province and responded to Nghe An Newspaper before June 15, 2013.
