To investigate and address the information and issues raised by Nghe An Newspaper, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 2275/UBND-VX dated April 17th, assigning the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu District to investigate the issue of the district's water plant, which was built in 1999 but still leaves residents without access to clean water, forcing them to purchase it. If the report is accurate, the People's Committee of Quynh Luu District is required to develop a plan to address the situation or report to the competent authority to rectify the problem and ensure access to clean water for the residents.
- Official document No. 2279/UBND-VX dated April 17th instructs the Provincial Police to investigate the situation of illegal sand mining on the Lam, Hieu, and Con rivers, which is rampant and not in accordance with procedures, causing changes in river flow. If found to be true, coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and local authorities to direct relevant agencies to take measures to combat and strictly handle the illegal sand mining.
- Official document No. 2283/UBND-VX dated April 17th instructs the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to investigate the issue raised by Nghe An Newspaper regarding laxity in revenue and expenditure at schools. If the report is accurate, the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities are required to expedite the investigation, inspect, handle violations, and report to the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed.
