The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting with Bohara Industries Ltd (India).

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 25th, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a working session with Bohara Industries Ltd (India) regarding investment projects in Nghe An province. Representing the province were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives from several provincial departments and agencies.

The Super Phosphate production plant project in Dong Hoi Industrial Park, undertaken by Bohara Industries Ltd (India), has an investment capital of US$24 million and is expected to utilize 20.3 hectares of land (with a capacity of approximately 130,000 tons of Super Phosphate fertilizer and 130,000 tons of marble paving stones per year). Once operational, the project will supply the company's traditional markets in Southeast Asia. In addition, Bohara Industries Ltd (India), together with an Indian partner, has registered to invest in four berths at Dong Hoi Port.

To prepare for the project's implementation, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board has issued documents providing information and answering questions of concern to investors, such as: transportation infrastructure, electricity and water systems; land policies, taxes, investment procedures, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the interest of the investor - Bohara Industries Ltd (India) in choosing to invest in Nghe An. The province will create favorable conditions regarding investment incentives, policies, and land allocation to enable the investor to implement the project as soon as possible. They also requested that after completing all investment procedures, the investor focus on completing the projects on schedule.
