On the evening of April 16, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control signed and issued urgent Document No. 2294/UBND - VX on continuing to seriously implement Directive No. 16/CT - TTg of the Prime Minister.
