Nghe An Provincial People's Committee urges arrangement of public assets after merging administrative units
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee urged departments, branches and localities to coordinate in handling issues related to the management and use of public assets after merging administrative units and public units in the province.
The Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 4922/UBND-KT (dated July 1, 2022) urging departments, branches and localities to implement the content of the explanation session of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on the management and use of public assets after the merger of administrative units and public units in the province.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant units and localities to proactively implement the contents according to the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council in Notice No. 108/TB-HDND.TT of the Provincial People's Council; advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the plan to arrange public assets in accordance with its authority, according to the required time schedule and in accordance with legal regulations.
At the same time, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Plan for management and use of public assets after merging administrative units and public units in the province (which sets out goals, targets, implementation progress; assigns specific responsibilities, and attaches responsibility to the head). This work must be completed and reported to the Provincial People's Committee before July 13, 2022.
