Real estate market transparency

At the meeting, the Department of Construction presented a proposal to issue a Regulation on coordination in building and maintaining an information system, providing information and data on housing and the real estate market in Nghe An province.

The above regulations were issued based on the reality of the real estate market, which has potential risks and dangers that affect the legitimate rights and interests of customers, such as: real estate transactions have little accurate and clear information, there is still some incorrect information that can easily lead to damage to customers; financial obligations have not been guaranteed.

The advertising and introduction of real estate products are still inconsistent with the construction planning and project design approved by all levels; the use of capital mobilization is not public and transparent, the data is not accurate and clear, etc.

Agreeing to approve the draft, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy requested the Department of Construction to, on the principle of not creating new personnel, regulate and assign tasks to specialized departments in charge of maintaining and operating the operating regulations in an orderly and effective manner.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested to ensure information and data on housing in accordance with regulations; integrate information systems and data on housing and the national real estate market.

"Information and data systems must be built and managed in a unified manner, complying with regulations and standards on information technology application to ensure scientific nature and serve organizations and individuals in searching for information" - the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized.

Building 35 key tourism products

Next, delegates listened to and gave their opinions on the Project to develop a number of souvenir products and goods to serve tourists.

Accordingly, Nghe An currently has 204 establishments and craft villages producing 104 products that can be sold as souvenirs, of which the project selects 35 products for implementation.

Discussing this content, Director of the Department of Science and Technology Tran Quoc Thanh said: With the development of typical and key products, packaging, labeling, and especially quality factors must be concerned, built, and certified.

The meeting participants also said: The most important thing is to develop a way of doing things. Accordingly, the tourism industry and associations, state management units and businesses must all participate in forming and building tours, routes and shopping stops for tourists.

Concluding this content, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy emphasized: The way of doing tourism has changed a lot, the State cannot invest without the business element, so the sectors need to connect with businesses, taking businesses as the main force in implementing the project.

The head of the provincial government suggested that the Department of Industry and Trade - the unit in charge of the project - should survey and study the practices of other localities: how to build plans and support mechanisms to invite and attract businesses to invest in service chains and products for tourism.

The meeting also approved the Supporting Industry Development Program in Nghe An for the period 2019 - 2025; agreed with two drafts prepared by the Department of Finance including: Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on the list, usage time, depreciation rate of intangible fixed assets, special fixed assets, other fixed assets; Regulations on standards and norms for the use of specialized areas at agencies, units, organizations... under the management of Nghe An province...
