The Provincial People's Committee approved several important draft decisions.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 23rd, under the chairmanship of Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee continued its regular August 2013 meeting to hear and give opinions on a number of important contents, programs, and projects.

During the meeting, the members of the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved it.The Department of Finance has submitted a report on the amendment and supplementation of Decision No. 6069/QD-UBND dated December 15, 2010, regarding the preparation of budget estimates, management, and use of funds from the state budget for the training and professional development of officials and civil servants; and a draft Resolution on the allowance levels for officials and civil servants working in the reception and results delivery departments at all levels, as reported by the Department of Internal Affairs. This Resolution will be presented at the upcoming session of the Provincial People's Council.To continue creating favorable conditions and encouraging civil servants working at the One-Stop Service Centers of agencies and units in the province, the Provincial People's Committee reports and submits to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and decision to increase the allowance for civil servants working at the One-Stop Service Center to 400,000 VND/person/month.

After hearing the opinions of the members of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the departments and agencies, the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved:Draft regulations on the construction, management, and implementation of the Nghe An province trade promotion program to be submitted to the Provincial People's Committee; Regulations on infrastructure maintenance fees for Zone C - Southeast Economic Zone reported by the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board.

In conclusion, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - requested the Department of Finance, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone to coordinate with the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to review the contents and finalize the document for submission to the Provincial People's Committee.
