The Provincial People's Committee continues its regular June meeting.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 9th, the Provincial People's Committee continued its thematic meeting to hear and give opinions on several draft resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – presided over the meeting. Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

At the beginning of this afternoon's session, attendees listened to and commented on the Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on some investment incentive policies in the Southeast Economic Zone. After hearing the opinions of the delegates, concluding on this matter, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - agreed with the content to be abolished, but did not include it in the Draft Resolution; instead, it will be reviewed for adjustment.

Regarding the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on amending and supplementing Resolution No. 272/2006/NQ-HĐND on regulations on the fee levels for organized supplementary classes in public and semi-public schools in the province, after hearing the opinions of the members of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegates attending the meeting, concluding on this matter, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Xuan Duong, stated that Resolution 272 is no longer suitable to the current situation and therefore proposed abolishing this decision. He also suggested that this content be reviewed and adjusted accordingly, rather than being drafted into a resolution.

Also this afternoon, the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the following: Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the fee for issuing work permits to foreigners working in the province; Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on handling the results of the review of legal documents of the Provincial People's Council from December 31, 2013 onwards that are currently in effect in the province; Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the content and level of expenditure for implementing administrative procedure control activities in the province; Draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the content and level of expenditure to ensure the dissemination and education of law and the standard of access to law for people in the province.
