Donate 55 million VND to people affected by storm No. 10
(Baonghean.vn) - This morning, September 23, Nghe An Border Guard coordinated with Sugarcane Corporation 1 and Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company to give gifts to people affected by storm No. 10.
The delegation presented gifts to 14 households that suffered heavy damage caused by storm No. 10 in Dien Thinh commune, Dien Chau district. Although storm No. 10 did not directly hit the area, due to high tides, it swept away the entire aquaculture area of 14 households in the commune, estimated at hundreds of millions of VND.

In order to share the difficulties of the people, the delegation of officials of Sugarcane Corporation 1; Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Company presented each affected household with a gift of 500,000 VND in cash and necessities for daily life, and at the same time encouraged the people to overcome difficulties, improve ponds to continue to regenerate production and develop the family economy.
The delegation also visited and presented gifts to 28 households that suffered heavy damage in Dien Trung commune, Dien Chau district. During the recent storm No. 10, Dien Trung was the most severely damaged area in Dien Chau district.
On the same day, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Nghi Hai Primary School, Cua Lo Town, totaling 20 million VND, to help the school overcome difficulties and continue to do well in teaching and learning./.
