The Prime Minister issued an official dispatch directing ministries, branches and Nghe An province to focus on emergency response to floods in the Ca River basin.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Official Dispatch No. 119/CD-TTg dated July 22, 2025 of the Prime Minister on focusing on emergency response to floods in the Ca River basin.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested to promote the spirit of proactive emergency response to storm No. 3.
