How to drink beer and wine is good for health
Men should only drink 2/3 of a 330 ml bottle or can of beer or 2 330 ml glasses of draft beer per day to ensure good health.
According to Boldsky,Information from the conference "Beer and Nutrition" organized by the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) said that beer is beneficial for health if consumed in appropriate amounts, preventing cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and high blood pressure.

According to scientists, drinking beer is good for health if users follow the following rules:
- Drink in moderation,about 1-3 units of alcohol a day combined with a healthy meal. Men are allowed to drink up to three units a day. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that alcohol consumption corresponds to the concentration of alcohol produced in the human body. Accordingly, WHO gives a standard drink containing 10g of alcohol. This standard drink is equivalent to a cup of strong alcohol (40 degrees, 30 ml); a glass of wine (13.5 degrees, 100 ml); a glass of draft beer (330 ml); 2/3 bottle or can of beer (330 ml).
- Maintain a consistent amount, drink beer throughout the week, do not consume quickly in one or two days but divide it throughout the week.
- Stick to a maximum of 14 units a week for women and 21 units a week for men.
- Avoid drinking 5 units in one periodshort period of time, for example within a day.
Scientists list the following benefits of drinking alcohol in moderation:
- Prevent cardiovascular disease in men over 35 years old and women over 45 years old.
- Moderate alcohol consumption reduces the risk of diabetes. Drinking too much or not consuming alcohol also increases the risk of the disease.
- Beer can reduce the risk of osteoporosis, especially in women who have passed menopause.
- Beer contains several nutrients that help prevent a variety of diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, obesity and depression.
