Drunk and speeding, driver fined 42 million VND
The driver born in 1978 was found drunk and speeding and was given the maximum penalty by the police.

Previously, at around 4:23 p.m. on February 25, at Km 130+400 of National Highway 6, passing through Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh province, the Traffic Police force discovered a car with license plate 29H - 014.71 driven by driver P.D.T. (born in 1978), residing in Dong Hoang commune, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province, traveling in the direction of Son La - Hanoi at a speed of 73 km/h (this location only allows a speed of no more than 50 km/h).
Next, through the inspection process, the driver also showed signs of using alcohol and beer while participating in traffic. Measuredalcohol concentration, the driver violated 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath.For the above violations, the Traffic Police issued a record to handle the administrative violation of 42 million VND; at the same time, temporarily detained the car with license plate 29H - 014.71 (7 days) and revoked the car's driving license for 23 months.
Tan Lac Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Hoa Binh Provincial Police) added that in the first 2 months of 2021, the Station has recorded administrative violations in 274 cases, including 154 cases of speeding; 32 cases of alcohol concentration violations and 6 cases of drug use with a total fine of more than 800 million VND./.
