On the morning of April 26, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee, Mr. Nguyen Cong Danh, had an exchange with reporters of Nghe An Newspaper about the incident that occurred at Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company.
According to Nguyen Cong Danh, Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee, after receiving the complaint from the employees of Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company, the Provincial Federation of Labor assigned the Inspection Committee to handle it. After studying the content of the complaint, the Inspection Committee forwarded it to the Construction Industry Trade Union for resolution according to its authority.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Danh said: “The settlement of complaints about holiday regimes is primarily the responsibility of Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company; along with the participation of the company’s trade union. In addition, the Construction Trade Union is responsible for guiding, monitoring and supervising the settlement of complaints…”.

Here is the information, Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company gives cash gifts to employees during the holidays of April 30 and May 1, 2019 with a value of 300,000 VND/person (not including those who are on leave due to temporary suspension of labor contracts).

The Department Head must send it to the Personnel Department before 3:00 p.m. on April 13, 2019.
